Qlumo is not a law firm, a medical practice, or a mental-health provider. It does not give legal, medical, or psychological advice, does not diagnose conditions, and does not represent you.
Your data & privacy
Information you share is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions and generated documents are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. You may delete a session yourself at any time. We do not sell your data.
In a crisis
Qlumo is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US. Mind Check-in surfaces these resources before any session begins.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Qlumo charges one flat fee per session with no recurring billing.
